Texas Enterprise Zone Program

Want a way to save money on taxes AND help the economy climb out of the recession? The state of Texas has implemented the Enterprise Zone Program (EZP), a sales tax incentive created to help firms grow and expand their businesses in Texas. How? The EZP encourages hiring new and retaining old employees and offers a state sales tax refund, ranging from $2,500-$7,500 per job created and/or retained.
