Thinking Back and Giving Thanks - Accpac Thanksgiving Videos

Thanksgiving is obviously a time to give thanks, but as we reflect on what we are thankful for we are thankful for our clients, our great employees, and the companies we partner with on a day-to-day basis. We are very fortunate for each one of our friends and stakeholders.

In memory of a long-time Thanksgiving tradition at BTerrell Group, we'd like to bring back a couple of our favorite videos that premiered at "Accpac Thanksgiving" over the years. You may remember Bin as the Accpac Duck, Brian as a judge wearing a funny wig, or the crew stepping in to play contestants in the game show! Accpac Thanksgiving 2009

This past Thursday, November 19, Terrell & Terrell hosted its 10th annual client appreciation conference, Accpac Thanksgiving!

We kicked off the day with a great keynote speaker, Joe Rotella, who presented us with ways to use social media to boost the bottom line. Followed by lunch at Fogo de Chao , attendees were given the choice of 9 different breakout sessions including sessions about Sage FAS Fixed Assets, Orchid Systems, Pacific Technology, SageCRM, Accpac Tips and Tricks, and many more. During the closing session, great prizes were given away including gift cards to Fogo de Chao, a gift certificate to Music in Motion, and a free SageCRM LanPak! Congratulations to the winners!

Attendees were also able to receive 8 CPE credits for attending the entire day. Once again, we created a funny, yet informative, video that was first shown at Accpac Thanksgiving. Want to know a little more about our keynote speaker at our upcoming Accpac Thanksgiving event? Joe Rotella, the Chief Technology Officer and Usability Practice Director of Delphia Consulting, will be presenting on the timely topic of using “Social Media to Boost your Bottom Line.” Joe is a 20+ year veteran in the technology field, and his focus on how a technology strategy can be aligned with the business strategy to speed up and enhance a business’ success.

Joe’s distinguished career includes time with CGS Systems, Lucent Technologies, and Bell Laboratories. He consults nationally to help city governments deal with the challenges and opportunities of connecting with their constituents through Web sites. He has spoken at the National Association of Government Webmasters, Microsoft Convergence, Association for Accounting Marketing, Society for Human Resources Management, and LexisNexis. He is the chairperson of the Sage Leadership Academy Alumni Association, Vice President Membership on the board of Human Resources Association of Central Ohio, and a part of many other distinguished organizations.
