Maintaining An Accurate Inventory - Round Table Luncheon

Posted by Meredith Gooch on Mon, Jun 21, 2010

The most effective planning is useless unless you continually know what is in your stores and warehouses. Join us tomorrow at Lawry's for lunch to create a plan to ensure that the quantities in your computer system agree with what is in your warehouse. Guest Moderator, Jon Schreibfeder, will lead us in this discussion that will include making sure all employees realize the cost of bad inventory control, ensuring all material movement is properly recorded, and creating your inventory related policies and procedures guide. Visit the event page to learn more about the luncheon or contact Meredith Gooch to reserve your seat!
