Norming eTimesheet
Norming eTimesheet is a Web-based job planning, time and leave tracking, expense reporting and billing software for Sage Accpac ERP. Enabling anytime and anywhere collection of electronic timesheets and expense reports, eTimesheet provides real-time visibility into job costs, facilitates cost allocation, accelerates billing cycles, increases employee productivity, and enhances profitability within a single solution.
The Job Planner module assigns employees to job tasks on a future date with estimated working
time. Users can view the employee assigment schdule and availability in a calendar view.
The Timesheet module tracks time and tasks on a job with both a cost and a billing rate applied to the working time. Users can enter time on behalf of themselves or other employees. Approved timesheets can be posted to Sage Accpac PJC.
The Expense module allows entry of employee expenses that are reimbursable or non-reimbursable, and billable to the client or non-billable. Each line on the expense report can have a unique approver. Approved expenses can be posted to Sage Accpac PJC timecard.
The Leave module tracks requests and approvals for vacation and sick leave for employees.
The Billing module supports fixed price or time and expense based billing on jobs, either in summary or detail. Billing batch can generate Sage Accpac ERP.
Norming eTimesheet is developed using the Microsoft .Net technology, providing the seamless and tight integration with Sage Accpac ERP.

A typical client of Norming eTimesheet, has many employees working in a nationwide or worldwide area: remote employees need to submit expense report or timesheet to head office for further process.
The traditional manual process is very time-consuming. Norming eTimesheet enables everyone to submit expense reports or timesheets via Web-browser at any time and anywhere; and supervisors can approve expense reports or timesheets via Web-browser at any time and anywhere. The labor allocation and billing can be done by one or two clicks.
