Project Management

Our project managers oversee and control the entire project. The project managers work with your project management team to establish the project plan, including team member lists, timetables, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. We use Microsoft Project to define and maintain the project plan. We also use Sage CRM to generate project budget vs. actual reports on a weekly basis. This report can be accessed by you through the client portal on our website.

During the project development and implementation period, we normally host a weekly or biweekly meeting to discuss open items with your project management team. Any item requiring attention is addressed, the status of the item is updated, responsibilities are assigned, and new deadlines for the next set of activities are determined.

We use industry standard software applications to manage the software development lifecycle, including:

  • Microsoft Project – To manage project development resources, timetables, and dependencies.
  • CVS (Concurrent Versions System) ‐ For source code and document management to maintain the code base, control versions and branches, and store project related documents.
  • Bugzilla – To manage and keep track of software bugs and fixes during the development and QA testing process.
  • Acunetix and IBM Rational AppScan ‐ To scan source code and deployed systems and to prove the Web security policies and approaches.
