Use the following shortcuts on any hyperlinked email address for sending emails inside SageCRM:
Shortcut
What it does
Shift + Click
Opens new email and puts addresses in To field.
Ctrl + Click
Opens new email and puts addresses in CC field.
Alt + Click
Opens new email and puts addresses in BCC field.
