NEW: Sage HR Community for You

Terrell & Terrell recently joined the Sage HR Community program which enables you, our clients, access to valuable online tools and resources. The Sage HR Community program was designed in response to several factors. The economy has forced businesses to reduce costs while considering new HR regulations. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is bringing changes to COBRA and income tax credits; the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act has been passed; and there have been recent changes to FMLA requirements.

Clients of Terrell & Terrell are eligible to participate in the Sage HR Community. As a participant, you can benefit from a free subscription to the Sage HR Compliance Center. The Compliance Center features online resources for regulatory compliance, human resource policy handbooks and forms, as well as examples of human resources best practices. A database of Federal and State laws affecting businesses also is accessible.
