How to Make Support Calls Faster

How many times do you call for support for various software programs that you own? If you are like me when I call for help I say "the fewer support calls I have to make and the faster I get through them the better." Here are a few tips from our consulting team that might help you speed up your support calls with regard to Sage ERP Accpac at least.

If you get an error message while working in Sage ERP Accpac, immediately take a screen shot of the error message or write down what the message says. This will help our team narrow down the issue so we can fix it and get you back to your day.

Know the version of Sage ERP Accpac you are using before making the phone call to your consultant. The version makes a difference a lot of times, and it is one of our standard questions on each call.

Ensure you have a computer handy with access to the internet. If our consultants need to take a look at your screen to diagnose a problem you'll be one step ahead of the curve! If we do need to view your screen, we'll send you to www.bterrell.com/support to enter a code.
