Business Requirements Phase

We conduct a business requirements meeting with your project team and our project manager, business analyst, and business process documentation specialist. These can be face‐to‐face or remote meetings.

Using the information gathered during the initial project meetings, the business analyst and business process documentation specialist will work together to write the detailed Requirements Document and compose the initial question list.

The document and the question list will be presented to your team for review, feedback, and editing as necessary. The Requirements Document becomes the basis for the design document.

Upon finalization of the detailed Requirements Document, the Business Analyst and Business Process Documentation Specialist will complete the Business Design Document.
