I exchanged opinions with new friends from California, Oklahoma and Illinois over lunch recently about the greatest inventions of all time. What if you could snap your fingers to create a PO? Well, this is almost that simple. CodePartners created a tool called "Create PO from OE" that automatically creates a purchase order entry when posting orders in the order entry screen of Sage ERP Accpac (soon to be called Sage 300 ERP). You have the choice of different rules to determine whether creating a PO entry or not. It can even be further customized based on your requirements. Take a look at this demo of the tool to see if you could benefit from it as so many others have.
CodePartners recently developed an application for Sage ERP Accpac that allows you to manage user authorizations in multiple Accpac companies from one centralized location. The applicaiton shows all the companies defined in Sage ERP Accpac, along with activated modules, and allows selecting the Accpac Security Group to be assigned to the user for each module in each company. When the changes are saved, the application updates all Accpac companies respectively.
Thought you had to do it manually? Think again! The CodePartners team developed an add-on for Sage ERP Accpac that alows you to change the existing employee number to a new employee number across the system. It finishes the process in seconds. Talk about a time-saver! Watch a demo of this tool in action here: http://youtu.be/PhwIjFAnd6o.
